Hello, my name is Andrea Bailey and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the states of Washington and Florida.
Congratulations on taking the first step towards self-discovery and personal growth. I know reaching out for help is not easy, thus, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment so clients feel confident and comfortable to express themselves freely during this vulnerable time. I also strongly encourage collaboration and honest feedback from clients, to ensure individualized and effective treatment.

Therapy Approaches
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Solution-Focused Therapy is a goal-oriented, brief therapeutic approach that emphasizes finding solutions rather than delving deeply into problems. This innovative method helps clients identify their strengths and resources, empowering them to envision a desired future and take actionable steps toward achieving their goals.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized therapy for trauma. It helps clients process distressing memories through bilateral stimulation, facilitating emotional healing and reducing the intensity of traumatic memories and current triggers.
